Step 1:

Create an account using your email address and a password.

Step 2: Choose your organization type:

• Company
• Local NGO
• International NGO
• Government Entity

 

Step 3: Add Your Organization or Company Details

Before posting any jobs or tenders, you’ll need to enter your institution’s basic information, including:

• Name of the organization or company

• Type of activity

• Brief description

• Location

• Contact details

• Currency or currencies your organization uses

📝 If your account represents multiple projects or companies, you can add multiple organizational profiles and later assign jobs or tenders to each one

Step 4: Once your organization is set up, your dashboard will allow you to:

• Post job vacancies

• Publish tenders or procurement offers

Step 5:

When adding a tender or procurement offer, be sure to include:

• Title of the tender
• Detailed description of the tender or offer
• Attach the Terms of Reference or Tender Document (if available)
• Start and end dates
• Any relevant instructions or special notes

Step 6:

When adding a job post:

• Fill in details such as salary, contract type, specialization, currency, and work hours
• Add the job title and a detailed description in Arabic or English
• Choose how you want candidates to apply: via email, external link, or directly through the platform

Step 7:

You can also add multiple companies, projects, or departments under your account if your organization operates across different entities.

👨‍💻 For Freelancers and Service Providers

Step 1:

Sign up using your email and a password.

Step 2:

Add your email and WhatsApp number so clients and users can contact you easily.

Step 3:

From your dashboard, you can:

• Add your services and set pricing
• Showcase your portfolio and previous projects
• Upload images or examples of your work (optional)
• You can now use your SyriaWork page link for your services or work gallery, that you can use for social media accounts and clients.
  
  
  👨‍💻 Once you create your account and add your services and portfolio, your offerings will be visible and available for requests from users and visitors of the platform. You’ll have a personalized dashboard to manage your orders and services, and users will be able to contact you directly via your phone number or email.

Complete your profile by:

• Adding your experience, skills, and professional background
• Uploading your CV or résumé

Step 3:
